on top of the previous musings is this new tidbit of knowledge i am mulling over...
the population of the u.s. is 5% of the worlds popluation...and we consume 25% of the worlds total energy consumption. i recently learned that by reading an article about how the inuit population of canada is suing the u.s. government as liable for climate change that is affecting their ability to continue to live in the way that is true to their heritage...a whole different matter to think about.
so is it better to shop at super wal mart, the monopoly, or use more gas to drive to super target, which is further away...and continue to jack up the inuit population?
no, i don't think they sell hybrid cars yet in oklahoma....
